TIMELESSTRANSLATION
OFHABITABLEGROUNDS

These monochrome images by contemporary photographer MARIO MEDINA merge photographic technique and thematic interests, in a series that would seem like the blog of its author's aesthetic obsessions: the beauty, fragility and pride of nature in a dialogue with the artistic or architectural representations of the human being.

The result is a robust collection in its generosity of perspective, full of subtle communicating vessels between the pieces and also encompassing reformulations of the image of iconic pieces reconsidered from monochrome.

The exhibition brings together the axes of angle and light to highlight shapes and textures that do not need color to exceed their preponderance and highlight the clear emotions of diffuses domiciles.

This work constitutes a visual journey through the formidable lighting that the Mexican photographer knew how to await in order to quickly decode the forcefulness of his images.
